Ordering Process for Custom Jewelry
Create your unique jewelry design with us. From initial sketches to handcrafted perfection, we ensure every detail meets your expectations, with regular updates throughout the process.
1.
Initial Design SketcH
A non-refundable fee of HKD 500 is required to initiate the design process. An initial sketch will be created using an iPad to accurately represent your vision. You will have three opportunities to request modifications to the sketch.
*Please note, once the price and sketch are confirmed, only minor adjustments can be made. Any substantial changes will require an additional fee and a new sketch will need to be created.
2.
Design Draft Process
The design draft will be completed within a timeframe of 7-10 days.
3.
Final Quote and Deposit
Upon confirmation of the design, a final quote will be provided. A 50% deposit is necessary to commence the handcrafted production.
4.
Handcrafted Process
The handcrafted production typically requires 15-17 days. Throughout this period, regular updates, including photographs and videos, will be provided. A video documenting the creation of your piece will also be recorded.
5.
Final Payment and Collection
The remaining balance is to be settled upon collection. Products can be picked up at our showroom, or delivery can be arranged.
6.
Maintenance and Satisfaction
If any damage occurs after receiving the product, it can be returned for maintenance, with charges determined based on the extent of the damage. *Please note that once the product is completed, refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied.
