Our Bespoke Journey – From Sketch to Your Forever Piece
Design your dream piece with us — from sketch to handcrafted perfection, with regular updates.
1.
Design Initiation & First Sketch
To begin your bespoke journey, a non-refundable design initiation fee of HKD 500 is required. We will create an initial digital sketch on iPad to faithfully capture your vision. You’ll receive three complimentary revision rounds to refine the design.
2.
Detailed Design Draft & Revisions
Your detailed design draft (including refined sketches and 3D renderings) will be ready within 7-10 working days.
3.
Confirmation & Commitment – Final Quote & Deposit
Once the design is confirmed, we’ll provide a final, detailed quote. A 50% deposit is required to start the handcrafted production process.
4.
The Art of Handcrafting
Handcrafted production typically takes 15-17 working days. We’ll keep you updated regularly with progress photos and videos. A short video documenting the entire creation journey of your piece will also be prepared as a keepsake.
5.
Your Piece Awaits – Final Steps
The remaining balance is due upon collection. You may pick up your piece at our showroom in Hong Kong, or we can arrange secure delivery (additional fees may apply).
6.
Lifelong Care & Your Satisfaction
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If any issues arise after receipt, please return the piece for assessment and maintenance (charges apply based on the nature of the damage).
Please note: As each piece is custom-made specifically for you, refunds are not available once production is complete. We’re committed to your complete satisfaction through our collaborative design process.
